Ensemble fees
One roster, one responsible adult contact and one payment for the whole ensemble. Performance limits by age group are shown in the category guide.

The group total is the listed fee per participant multiplied by the number of participants, payable as one ensemble payment. Unlisted ensemble sizes remain unavailable pending confirmation.
Payment
The planned payment options are cards through Stripe and FPX online banking through Billplz. One payment covers all entries in your order. Claviera Music absorbs processing fees; no surcharge or receipt upload is required.
Submit the complete order first. Payment becomes available after the organiser accepts the order for programme space.

Is this suitable for a first-time performer?
Yes. Gold Star Music Festival welcomes young musicians aged 5 and above, including those preparing for their first stage experience and those who already perform regularly.
What should I perform?
Prepare one free-choice piece within your category’s time limit. Choose music you can perform with care, understanding and confidence. The most suitable piece is not always the most difficult.
How are the age groups determined?
Category age is each participant’s age on 31 December 2026. For ensembles, the oldest member’s age on that date determines the age group.
Will every participant perform in the Gala Concert?
Gold Star Music Festival Gala Concert performers are selected for artistic excellence, musical expression, stage presence and performance impact. An invitation is not guaranteed with festival participation.
When can I register?
Register by 1 November 2026 at 11:59 pm Malaysian time. Payment is enabled only after programme-space acceptance.
